Training provided by the AIAC Training group to auditors/managers from Luxembourg and representatives from EPPO

The training covers the main types of electric vehicles. Exercises are organized in a real environment. Customs officers attending the training will become familiar with the safe and correct use of tools and instruments. The training provides advanced knowledge for searching in electric cars and trucks. The training focuses specifically on vehicle types powered by different electric system (power train,motor systems,) like HEV/BEV/PHEV/MHEV.

The objective of the event is to conduct a specialized training session for customs officers, as well as for professionals who serve as trainers on this topic. The training is aimed at enhancing the exchange of expertise between the Latvian Freight Train Inspection Centre of Excellence and its counterparts across the European Union. During the training, participants will not only deepen their professional knowledge but also share best practices, innovative approaches, and real-life case studies in the field of freight train inspection. This will lay a solid foundation for further cooperation and improved efficiency of customs control at the EU level.

4 days of analysis of x-ray images from Nuctech and Rapiscan high energy x-ray devices (mobile/fixed/railway) under the supervision of experienced trainers from Polish National Revenue Administration.
