Digital learning,
traditionally represented by online courses delivered via learning management
systems, is finally evolving and has the opportunity to show its true
potential. The use of a greater variety of learning tools — such as video
conferencing, content curation, social learning, user-generated content,
performance support, video learning or knowledge sharing — generates integrated
learning ecosystems that can take talent development programmes to a new level.

initiative, this interaction can be very well built in virtual training
programmes, as countless studies show that what matters most in training delivery
is not the medium, but the instructional methods.
