This training video series consists of 10 sessions (3 - 12 minutes each, depending on the scenario) covering the comprehensive workflow for operator request management and system interaction with the O3CI (Operators of Third Country Installations) platform.

The series will help operators (with standard and administrative user roles) to navigate in O3CI platform, create, save, submit, correct, and resubmit requests following Commission’s feedback. Additional functionality covers parent company management and the ability to search and export installation data.

The sessions presented follow a logical progression from initial registration to advanced features, allowing users to follow either a sequential path or select specific topics, as needed.
