The "Pre-arrival CRC - Common Operational Guidance" is a sensitive non-classified document drafted by the European Commission and Member States to be used by the risk and control officers for the common and uniform application of a new working method in relation to the pre-arrival risk analysis and control processes within ICS2. The ‘Pre-Arrival CRC - Common Operational Guidance’ advices how to assess risks in advance and perform control of goods when required, at the most appropriate place of control.
