This course provides an introduction to projects and Project Management. Across three modules, you will discover how effective Project Management can help to support Customs reform and modernization initiatives, and you will learn about the four phases of the Project Lifecycle. Finally, we will examine Project Governance, roles and responsibilities, and what it means for you to be a Project Manager within a larger Project Governance framework.
