We are pleased to announce the launch of the new eLearning module, "eFCA-Recovery," now available in English.

“eFCA – Recovery” e-Learning module is focused on providing tax officials a thorough understanding of the eFCA system, focusing on key roles such as Editors, Senders, Monitors, and Statistics Monitors. It covers the full process of cross-border tax recovery, including how to manage e-Form exchanges, track and monitor messages between Member States, and generate comprehensive statistical reports.

Through interactive lessons and real-world case studies, participants will gain practical experience in using eFCA to facilitate administrative cooperation and ensure compliance with EU tax recovery regulations.

It's important to note that the content of this course is confidential, and access is restricted to EU customs and tax administrations for training purposes.
