Updates for CLEP Guides

Updated CLEP Guides Available

CLEP guidelines have been updated.

Find them under Calendar > right side of the screen: Step by Step guide for CLEP and Quick start guide for CLEP.

The update includes slight changes to the order of the fields of the “Create CLEP” form and introduces three novelties:

 

Number of Participants at Hybrid Events.  

When selecting in the field “Meeting Type”, a “Hybrid” event, you will now have the option to further specify your hybrid audience’s attendance, by dividing them into groups of face-to-face participants and online participants. This allows for a better understanding of the participants, their presence as well as their availability, ultimately ensuring optimal planning for the event organiser.

 

 

Automatic Calculation of Recommended Deadlines.

When registering deadlines, this new update introduces a feature that proposes deadlines when event organisers click the new button: “Recommended deadlines”. By clicking this new button, the system will automatically calculate the application, validations and registration deadlines and reminder based on the start and end date of the event that you have provided. However, you should be aware that these are merely suggested dates and should be revised appropriately and changed if necessary. 

 

 

View and Remind Validators

As organiser, you can view the list of validators for each country. The system also allows you to send reminders to validators if necessary.
