Calendar

Resolved Issues:

  • Terminology alignment: "CLEP application form" title changed from Completed Registration to Completed Application.
  • CLEP event management: Fixed an issue where applications for events were allowed after the application phase had ended.
  • Events display: Resolved yellow/grey lock inconsistencies in events displayed in the calendar.

    Improvements:

    • The duplicated "CLEP-" label has been removed. The CLEP label was confusing when a CLEP event was created, displaying as "CLEP-CLEP on ....".
    • Events – default values: A new Recommended Deadlines option has been added to the CLEP and Webinar creation form. This helps event owners set deadlines more easily based on the start date. The proposed deadlines are suggestions and not mandatory.

    Catalogue

    Resolved Issues:

    • Fixed issue preventing users from requesting access to a course.
    • Full-screen mode: Fixed an issue preventing full-screen functionality in Samancta and older courses.
    • eBook completion status: Fixed issue marking eBooks as completed without user activity.

    Improvement:

    • Improved validation process for restricted course access requests from contractors and external users. 
    News

    • Guest subscriptions: Users can now subscribe to news items even when not logged in.

    Reports

    • Content consistency: Addressed content inconsistencies in reports and Excel exports.
    • User activity reporting: Corrected discrepancies in report tracking active user evolution.
    • Training reports: Fast Reports now correctly displays the data on the Reports page.

    Others

    • Bulletin download: Bulletins now download without the infinite loading issue.
    • Language handling: Resolved an issue where multiple languages were mixed when selecting a non-English language in the user profile. Now, regardless of the language selected in the user profile, only English will be displayed in the user interface.
