Description
CESOP Business training including hands-on training on the CESOP tools; CESOP Web app and DAST tool QlikSense. Training will be particularly concentrated to help Member States understand the CESOP data, guidance how to use the systems (Web app, QS) in the context of the control of e-commerce.
The expected outcomes of the training is that Eurofisc ELOs in Member States:
- Understand how to use payment data in their VAT fraud investigations and detection;
- Understand how to improve Eurofisc’s idea to tackle VAT fraud as quick and efficient manner;
- Understand how CESOP system tools work in practice.
Profile of participants
I am pleased to invite 2 Eurofisc ELOs + trainers from your Member State, participating for the CLEP Training (Business) for the
CESOP system and the tools. Training will be financed by the Fiscalis programme.

- Finland one (1) participant as trainer - Raita Melasniemi
- Belgium one (1) participant as trainer - Wouter Loncke
- Portugal two (2) participants and one (1) Operational team member
- Malta two (2) participants and one (1) Operational team member
- Greece two (2) participants and one (1) Operational team member
- Sweden one (1) participant
- Bulgaria, Cyprus, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain Two (2) participants per Member State.

Training is directed only for officially appointed Eurofisc experts (Eurofisc ELOs). Training is concentrated the fight against VAT fraud, and more specifically mostly targeted to the Eurofisc WF5 (control of e-Commerce) ELOs.
