- By European customs and tax administrations for the training of their staff. National Customs and Tax Training Coordinators are expected to ensure that the course is stored, used and distributed in a confidential and secure manner including (if applicable) via their intranet networks or learning management systems. - By Economic operators: Access to the course for the trade community must be approved by the Drug Precursors National Competent Authority and be a registered user in the portal.
