The EU's advance cargo information system “Import Control System 2 (ICS2)” supports the implementation of the EU customs safety and security regulatory regime aimed to better protect single market and EU citizens. It collects data about all goods entering or transiting or transhipping the EU territory prior to their arrival through the ENS. This is an eLearning module based on the Union Customs Code and produced by the European Commission under the Customs Programme.Course description
This course is part of the ICS2 eLearning Programme.
This eLearning module provides an overall overview
of ICS2 maritime and inland waterways business
process from the economic operator perspective.
It is recommended to also take the other ICS2
eLearning modules on the Customs & Tax EU
Learning Portal.

This eLearning module is addressed to economic
operators dealing with the ICS2 process for
maritime and inland waterways transportation.
