This training video series consists of 2 sessions covering the process of Deregistration request by Operator and Deregistration request by Commission (Right to be heard) within O3CI portal.

The series will help operators (with standard and administrative user roles) to initiate, edit, track and view a deregistration request. Users will learn how to request a deregistration, check the submission status, and the details with the justification for the deregistration confirming the transaction for that specific operator.

The sessions presented follow a logical progression from initiating, viewing, editing and tracking a deregistration request, up until the completion of the deregistration process.
